Founded by Dr. Dwayne Ray Cormier in 2020, CRS, LLC is an education consulting firm that specializes in professional learning and consulting services on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) using an asset-based approach, data visualization, and artificial intelligence.

Our flagship product, VSorts™, is proprietary software that we use to ensure that our DEIB solutions are tailored to meet your organization's specific needs.
